Cookie notice

Last updated: 10 October 2026

PrivacyStead currently uses only a strictly necessary authentication cookie. We do not currently use advertising, behavioural tracking or analytics cookies.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on a device by a website. Similar technologies can store or access information in a browser. UK rules require clear information about their use and generally require consent unless the technology is strictly necessary to provide a service requested by the user.

Because this cookie is essential to provide the authenticated workspace requested by the user, it is used without consent. Blocking it will prevent sign-in and use of protected workspace features.

Hosting and security technology

Our hosting and security providers may process basic request information or use essential technical mechanisms to deliver pages, balance traffic, prevent abuse and protect the service. These are not used by PrivacyStead for behavioural advertising.

Future changes

If we introduce optional analytics or other non-essential technologies, we will update this notice and provide an appropriate consent control before those technologies are used. You can also control or delete cookies through your browser settings.
